What will you recieve with my personal training?

Welcome assesment

When we first meet I will talk to you about your current health and fitness, help you to set goals, and develope a plan together to move forward.

Functional Movement Screen (FMS)

This is where we work together to look at how your body moves, assess if you have any imbalances or compensations in your movement patterns. Its a great way to help you understand your body and create a plan that will help you to improve your fitness with understanding and help prevent injuries.

Personal training sessions

The sessions can be 30 mins or 1 hour long depending on what works best for you. I will devise a plan that is all about you, your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. The sessions will be created so that you build solid foundations in your health and fitness so that you can progress to your goals.

Nutritional Advice

We will discuss your current diet and look at ways in which I can help. We will look at food diaries, discuss what is a healthy diet and empower you with knowledge so you can make sensible food choices

Flexibility

We will work together to create habits and a routine to help you keep on track, however life can get in the way and I understand that sometimes things need to change. This is where we will work together and can reschedual sessions if needed.

Reassesment and reviews

During the training we will assess your progress together, celebrate your achievments and look to setting new goals.
