You’ll begin with a private Starter Session with Duncan, so together we can find the right starting point for YOU.

From there, you’ll have 21 days full access and be guided through the DV Coaching Studio with supportive live and recorded classes designed to help you move better, feel stronger and build confidence in your body again.

Every exercise includes supportive options and modifications, so you can always work at a level that feels comfortable for your body.

And at the end of your experience, you’ll have a final Celebration Session with Duncan to look at your progress and next steps moving forward.

I’m Duncan Vincent, a personal trainer and sports scientist with over 20 years of experience helping people improve their fitness, movement and confidence.

I’ve coached everyone from complete beginners to professional athletes, celebrities and royalty.

But the biggest lesson has always been the same...

People want to feel comfortable, capable and confident in their own body again.

That’s why my coaching is calm, supportive and built around real people with real lives.
