Online Fitness Classes with Duncan

Gentle Movement

The class involves gentle mobility and stability exercises combined with low-impact movements, allowing you to improve your range of motion, reduce tension, and boost your confidence in your body's abilities.

Intermediate Exercise

A class aimed for people who would like a little more of a challenge. I really want to make you feel comfortable and build your confidence up in your abilities. The aim is to help you improve your overall fitness levels, boost your mood and elevate the spirit.

 

Beginners Exercise

A fun class that will get your body moving and hopefully get you smiling and feeling energised. I will introduce you to fundamental exercises and movements that build strength, increase mobility, and boost your self-belief.

Resistance Exercise

Expect a diverse range of strength-building exercises using bodyweight, resistance bands, dumbbells, and more. I will give you guidance and modifications, to make sure that everyone can progress at their own pace while working towards becoming strong for their life.

8 Live Classes Every Week

Join me for live classes every week! Each session is just 30 minutes, so it’s easy to fit into your day. I offer a variety of class levels, so there’s something for everyone. We’ll focus on building strength, balance, and mobility while having fun together.
