With your subscription, you have the freedom to log in to any of my 8 live classes a week at no extra cost. Plus, classes are recorded so you can catch up on any classes you've missed at your convenience.
Helpful Resources:
Alongside my live classes, I offer helpful tip videos to support you on your fitness journey. These resources are available to you completely free of charge.
Easy Participation:
Once you're signed in, joining a class is a breeze. You can schedule classes up to 90 days in advance, and when it's time for the class to start, simply login and click the class to join.
Camera Optional:
I understand that everyone has their comfort levels, so feel free to have your webcam on or off during classes. There's absolutely no pressure here – just focus on your workout and enjoy the experience.
